So why hasn't Riven been nerfed yet again?

Last time I checked 90% of the community absolutely hated her and considered her op. I mean, she has gotten a few small nerfs over the history of LoL. But she has also got slightly smaller buffs over the history of LoL

Her early-game is absolutely fucking ridiculous and ridiciulously easy to get kills in. Included with complete death immunity. Her power, if fed. Even in the slighest. Is fucked up, worse than Katarina in fact. And even if not fed, she's still one of the stronger champs.

Play Fiora, take Exhaust and Ignite both.

Dump on her.

Laugh.

Her ultimate doesn't do anything to help protect against your stronger all-in but the enemy jungler needs to be ganking bot, mid or doing dragon before you give Riven a surprise oral present at 6.

If you know Riven's cooldowns, levels 1 through 5 are also utterly hellish for her because you will be stabbing her when Q or W are on cooldown. That autoattack enhanced by her casting skills necessary for her to win trades? Parried with W.

riven doesn't need nerfs because she's able to get a penta kill if you're skilled enough The point of riven is that she has no mana and good mobility meaning that the only reason she'll die is if the player fucks up. That's why when you see boxbox play riven it's way more common for him to get a quadra than to do badly because he's good at a champion that has no limitations. HOWEVER the reason riot didn't just make a rofl stomping champion with no mana and tons of mobility is that if you fuck up on her you'll pay the price. Riven has the lowest amount of health regen in the game (i think) and is squishy unless she builds defense. This means that if the player messes up they will be screwed, feast or famine.

Because most people who complain about her are Bronze-Silver level and Riot learned their lesson to not cater their nerfs/buffs to these outcries.

Because 127% of the community thinks she is fine so riot has no reason to nerf her. Also worse than katarina? I know you are salty but damn dude did you have to at least pause for a moment before you allowed yourself to type that out?

While on the other hand Riven has a shield that covers half her health and has a really low cooldown.

That 1.5 second duration though. Also it more like an 8th of her health. CC and bursting riven kills her just as fast as katarina since they arent going to be that tanky. Your perception or rivens strength is pretty out there.
