Well, there's a guy D2 with Rek'Sai support only, so if you can climb that far maybe yes
She's already been nerfed multiple times when it comes to AP. You had quite a large lead and were pretty fed with what appears to be a full build at some point. I don't think you should worry. One shotting a kogmaw as a fed anything doesn't mean you're inherently broken. I think it would take more than 1 game to determine if she really was a problem again.
