Hextech loot trading?

I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked. Also, sorry if this is the wrong board, I wasn't sure which one to post it in.

Does Riot plan to implement trading of hextech loot at all? Imo, it could be a really great idea. A lot of the time I find myself diaenchanting 9/10 skin shards I get because I'm either not interested or don't play that champion. Meanwhile my sister gets the skins I want like Deepsea Nami and she couldn't care less and disenchants It!

Obviously, I understand there would have to be limitations in place. For instance, essences, mastery tokens, keys and boxes wouldn't be tradable. As well as tickets or any other mission currencies. Also it would make sense to give it the same restriction as gifting, you can only do it with pre-existing friends.

I can't for the life of me think of why this would be a bad inclusion to an already awesome system, but if Riot has already considered it and found a great reason to not implement trading I would love to know why.
