Riot's servers lost my entire account history

I had to re download league onto a new computer today and now im seeing all of my account history is gone. it says i'm level one and and i have to redo the tutorial and champs and everything. HAS THIS HAPPENED BEFOFE?!?!?! Can I get my stuff back? I have mastery 7 champs that i put my time into and now its all just gone

submit a support ticket maybe they can help you out

posting here really wont help. top left corner click on support and create a support ticket and explain everything.

You better hope they have a backup that keeps older states.
