At this point, theyve outcompeted bruisers, just much tankier and only a little less damage but still a huge team fight presense cuz theyre the tank. stop giving TANKS damage. If theyre really getting outcompeted that hard by bruisers then just make them more tanky not turn them all into juggs.

If your problem is with champions other than these, then your problem isn't with tanks. I make this point because almost every time someone cries about tank damage, they go onto sook about darius, mundo or jax.

You don't seem to know what a tank is for the most part. All of those but tahm are juggernauts. Chogath is a specialist juggernaut/mage. Juggernauts are not tanks. Juggernauts fit this profile: beefy, high damage, immobile, low crowd control Tanks fit this profile: beefy, loads of crowd control, relatively low damage (enough to get by), semi mobile.
I'm going to blame the ratios that Riot gives them for some reason I mean it's pretty fun to screw around and do things like full Attack speed Shen or AP Alistar, but some champs, just like the ones I listed Do way too much even when building full tank, it's especially true for tanks that do AP damage I don't even consider Shen a tank, he's definitely more of a juggernaut
Also on the topic of Juggernauts, that class really needs a fix, they're able to tank as much as your average tank and do as much damage if not more than a bruiser, it's ridiculous
