I don't like the fizz changes

The delay for damage is like

except ekko got tons more and some buffs.

He needs to be super fed to kill and when late game comes around he can barely 1 shot any adc due to lack of damage IF they haven't built life steal

I feel like the best change is to have his ult changed to this

Fizz gains a multiplier on damage scaling from 5%-15% more

Obviously the 5% is guppy 10% is medium and 15% is gigamegaladon shark.

I see why his damage was nerfed because of how HUGE his ult becomes but it still lacks enough damage (15% might be too much, heck i would take a 9% damage increase if I could )
