I UNDERSTAND THAT ITEM SYNERGY IS A NEAT THING THAT ADDS VARIATION TO THE GAME BUT WHEN A VIKTOR CAN BUILD HIS ITEM, A SERAPH'S, AND THEN 2 GODDAMN FROZEN HEARTS AND DO ASSTONS OF DAMAGE WHILE GETTING A 700 HP SHIELD FROM HIS Q EVERY 3 SECONDS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG. 5 PEOPLE COULD NOT KILL HIM. WITH 12 SECONDS OF HARD CC. HE LITERALLY WON THE GAME 1V5 HIS TEAM COULDA AFK'D.

LOL! I'm so sorry but... he just did something that deserves every honour going: Showed the lengths someone has to go to play a mage into an AD comp lol

This is actually an example of someone using their brain and building according to the enemy team.

Also, neither Darius nor Yasuo actually bothered to build any Armor Pen and you didn't build a Black Cleaver in addition to your Last Whisper.

  1. Victor doesnt get damage off of his mana. Only Ryze does. He gets bonus AP because of Seraph's passive.
  2. Your hard cc is not even close to 12seconds even if you layer it correctly, Ashe arrow is around 3.5secs stun at max, your W is 0.75sec stun, Taric E is, if i remember right, 1.5sec stun, in total 5.75 sec stun at the very best, and you have to take onto account that Riven W and Taric E are quite hard to land on champions that can get a lot of ms. All your other cc abilities are pretty situational against fast targets. I doubt you stun-locked him for more than 1.5 seconds.
  3. Everyone in your team has low or no mr. So, of course, he will hit you pretty hard wit haround 500 Ap or even more. And no, hexdrinker doesnt provide much protection in the late game. Most mages will rip through hexdrinker and maw in the late game.
  4. As i see it, its no wonder he could 1vs5 you. Your only engage is Ashe arrow. Victor can self-peel extremely well. Even with Riven's mobility it would be a struggle to get on top of a good Victor. And with his build he would be able to ignore Ashe for a little while, considering her build. But i still doubt he ever 1vs5 you.

Overall your comp had a huge weakness. You had almost no engage and Ashe arrow is not always guaranteed to hit. And 3 of you want to hard engage, running head first onto the enemy team, while Ashe and Taric are better at kiting and standing fights. If you had a better engage tool or if Taric had gone for item 2065 instead of item 3800 and you attacked from the fog of war you would stand a very good chance.

What in the world was your team doing for the first 20 minutes of the game?

Victor's Build at 20 minutes: item 2033 item 3024 item 3070 item 3047 item 3196 item 1027

Total AP: 3 per level + whatever runes gave him. So maybe 60 AP max? And yet he'd gotten 2 kills by that point.... 2 kills with virtually no AP... Yeah, he died twice, but he was basically going even at that point instead of being punished.

Guessing by the kill graph, you probably realized he was a problem around the 32 minute mark after he got a Triple kill and Aced your team - after he'd picked up item 3025 item 3040 item 3198

Worth pointing out that the gold graph says you guys never had control of the game. Viktor actually finishing some items just meant that the other team stopped beating you 4v5 and started smashing you 5v5.
