Ridiculous Lag Loading Post-Game Lobby

Just as the title states, any time I click that 'Leave' button at a victory/defeat screen, the client 1) Doesn't pop up by itself I have to click it and 2) Takes upwards of 30 goddamn seconds to get to the honor section. When I lose a real bad game, I just wanna leave and report the toxic people in the game. I don't want to stare at 'Game still in progress' for 20-30 seconds when it is NOT STILL IN PROGRESS.

Now I see why streamers if they know they're gonna win just alt-f4 like 8 seconds before the Nexus dies cos at least the client loads with a reasonable amount of time to actually chat in the end-game. Jesus this is so bad, I want the legacy client back.
