Emote "Raise Your Dongers!" unavailable?

I recently purchased a few hextech chest bundles, and one that I opened said ' 'Raise Your Dongers!' permanently unlocked!' and showed an emote, yet in my emote section there is no such emote... I literally had a chest give me nothing. That's not cool. Is this a bug where the emote just isn't visible to be chosen? Is it an old emote that isn't supposed to be in boxes? Either way I'd like to know because that's money. Real money. Gone. Forever.
