Singed Win Rate
So, Singed's win rate has skyrocketed to 54% since his buffs, as well as his play rate. Doesn't that mean he's overtuned? He's completely unfun to play against, and he can turret dive at level 3 now.

I mean, singed is good at alot of things now, he certainly makes assassins cry when they cant escape..in a way you could say he counters the lethality meta because most lethality abusers just happen to be assassins or something that relies on mobility *

But thats not saying hes op.. hes just now a viable counter for assassins/divers he can certainly turn group fights around one flip at a time but he cant do everything for everyone.
Yeah, strange that. That the playerbase of a champ that has been in the shitter for 3 years suddenly wins more when their champ is made viable again.
His play rate went up, and his win rate is among the highest in the game. The reason he's been "in the shitter" is because his kit is toxic and 0 fun to play against. He's not viable. He's stupid with no counterplay and shouldn't exist, definitely not in the top win rates.
