- Not everyone who plays League of Legends is on the same time zone or living with the standard sleep schedule.
It would reset for everyone's time zone at their midnight equivalent... Or based on servers perhaps.
- On the other hand, there's little to no reason for said change. It's just semantic; It would be a change doing nothing but to make a phrase more accurate to a single sense of the phrase. it ignores the issues of #1 when the timer spaces it out to a bonus per day anyway.
Blah blah blah. It would be a fixed time of the day that it would reset. It would make it fixed and not randomly based on when you got your win. Because what if I want mine to reset at a certain time but I just don't win until later in the day after taking breaks.
- Most importantly it would create another issue(; it's probably the reason FWotD is like this now, I would suppose). It would leave people feeling and most likely complaining, that "I just got screwed out of my bonus for the day because the game went on past midnight." and people would feel like they got "cheated" out of one of their bonuses that they should have had. And would likely blame their teammates.
It wouldn't even create another issue. But if you feel that it would create another issue that is your opinion just like my opinion is along with this person's original post to reset at "midnight". Or as I before stated at a set time. It would be fair and not cause trouble. Just win one game before the designated time.

I too don't like waiting for hours to attain my first win of the day. The FWOTD should just be reset on a clock that's not based on when I next won it. There's no problems to be caused by that. It would reset for everyone.
Your first win bonus is worth about 17¢. You should just play the game when you want to.
How do you figure that? Do you work for Riot? Do you know how much the ratios and values of IP to the dollar are? How have you calculated this?
