If you nerf jg xp, that only means junglers are going to farm less and gank more, thus impacting the game further, instead of farming up to get xp and level lead late game. Expect twitch jg, camille, xin zhao, and ever early game jgler to be perma pick or ban until riot finally after 9 years of balancing game finds out how to balance around jg.
You and many of the boards are kinda the main reason why Riot aren't, and for that matter, shouldn't even, be taking the boards seriously.

You guys want to make power farm an option, but we all know that's not a good idea. As we seen in the past, when even Feedster Yi got picked in LCK due to funneling, is that if you give him enough gold, he just roflstomps everything. Making power farm an option is exactly that, making him a time bomb with an even shorter fuse than he is now, and that applies to many others who want to farm a lot.
With the lowered xp, failed ganks are even more hurtful than not doing them at all, so this forces junglers to counter jungle and to actually gank with more brains than muscle.
Also, use the damn wards you get for free, will ya? Whenever I watch a high elo replay, I see both teams warding the pixel bush, but whenever I play a game, unless I duo with a friend who knows that that bush needs a ward, I see the bushes warded at the start of the game in 1 game out of 20 or so.
No, that's not how it works. Permaganking means losing a ton of EXP on your laners and yourself if you don't get a kill every time. You will also think about a gank twice if the laner is a level above you, compared to now where you can do whatever without fear of repercurssion because you not only have exp of a solo laner but even more impact.

They need to make the jungle whoops your ass again so you can't get level 3, double buff and still have enough HP to gank.
Jungle was suppose to be lower level then laners. Like Support.

hrm the problem is that there are 2 main types of jungle champs : easy clear/ early gankers: Lee, Xin, Graves and Khazix all come to mind hits lvl 6 and Ganks: Warwick and most tanks fall under this category (Amumu, Zac and Ramus Tanks who struggle right now: Amumu, Zac and Ramus

im not saying that i want early gank champs to become unviable but i would like to see the currently weak champs be played more often.
(My main)Nunu is different because I* like to power farm until lvl 5 or 6 to solo dragon, but i have no problem ganking before. in my opinion they just made jungle an even more exclusive club of champs and made it more difficult to off role in the jungle.
