Supports aren't going to buy this thing.

Just bump its AD up to 30 and slap on 10% Spellvamp. It would at least create the illusion that Riot doesn't hate bruisers.

It's actually a good item with a double ADC comp. It's also a decent item on tankier/bruiser supports like Leona or Thresh or Braum who actually are gonna get in there AA a bit. Boosts their damage a little bit while giving probably 3 other people on their team lifesteal. There are so many comps with top/junglers that can use this item and the ADC almost always can. It's a situational item, sure, but it still has its place.

For me the problem is 20% CDR... because there are better item has 20% CDR... maybe the CDR must reduce or remove first... then AD and Health can be raised...
