However, he's keeping the gimped Ult.
So end result of this remake? Riot dumpstered another champion until they get around to remaking him again. It'll probably happen some time after Ryze's tenth gameplay update.

Having no explosive advantage in lane once he hits six (and no poke, either) will make ADC Kog a sad panda. Losing his poke as AP makes that version of Kog pretty much useless, too.
Old Kog was decent. Not amazing. Decent. With the new Ult, I'm fully expecting him to slump to the 45% and lower range come next patch.

lol skarner is dealable most of the complaints about OP are legit as fuck people just hate their fav champs being nerfed and think that people always whine. its not like that skarner is much much much dealable hes strong forsho has some high win rate but its not rly like that (also it dropped by abt 2 % lately these weeks ) the new legit OP thing to complain about will be quinn im pretty sure hope she gets nerfed too
