Neeko needs changing

After seeing the basically finalized new reworked Wukong, I realized that Neeko, a similar trick playing champion really isn’t living up to her name.

Every time I see a Neeko, I pretty much never see them use her passive for something useful. That said, I do realize on some occasions it can be very useful, (Like: extreme baiting, ganking your own lane, pretending to be that one fed guy, or watching the momentary confusion on your enemies’s faces when a “Janna” flashes into all 5 of them) but the majority is the times, Neeko players only switch for fun. (cough-cough 2 Ezreals)

This champion really needs something changed so that it feels more natural or interesting to switch. Some ways to spruce up Neeko and reward camouflaging can be:

-Neeko stays camouflage until X amount of damage gets dealt to her (scales with level)

-Do something like Teemo where she gains a bonus when breaking camouflage. (Maybe Magic Pen or Movement Speed? If MS, remove MS from W passive)

-While Neeko is camouflaged her Q and E are invisible for the first part of the cast

-Neeko can cast an ally spells (QWE) while camouflaged but they deal zero damage, and have no effect (This might be a bit much.)

-After a long period of time, Neeko can swap places with an ally she looks like (I think this would be really cool! But probably would never work. Also would totally bust Neeko!)

As much as I love Neeko, I feel like she isn’t living up to her nature of being a shapeshifter and a really cool feature Riot added, isn’t really living up to its full potential.

i cant say i agree with this personally i feel neeko is in a good spot, her passive is great but people THEMSELVES dont kno how to properly utilize it and thats not the champ thats the player. the things u have listed above would actualy bust neeko to hell and back. she is the only champ i believe is "balanced" and they should leave her be. My problem with Neeko's disguises is that unless you have an ally at low health to copy, it's a pleasant surprise that it's Neeko. Instead of this fed enemy or tanky champion, you found a squishy burst mage. Awesome, exactly the champion you wanted to attack, the one that it's valuable to CC and deal damage to. In order to bait enemies into overextending, you need a high-priority ally to be low, which isn't ideal to begin with. The only real use for it is to get an invisible ult cast. If you're fed enough to just root someone and blow them up, you didn't need a disguise to do it.

IMO, if she was a battlemage, with sustained damage and self-sustain, rather than a burst/combo mage, her role as a trickster would be so much more potent. You tried to attack the ADC? Too bad, it was Neeko, she's just gonna heal/shield that, you got no value. Lowering her damage, mana costs, and cooldowns while adding some kind of heal or shield to her kit would be awesome.
