Okay. Maybe I'm thinking too much of this.(I think it's a great skin)

But I think that in this skin, Ahri's charm has advantages for the enemy team. If you look (around 1 minute mark). You will see when Ahri charms someone, a pink circle appears around them for many seconds after the charm runs out. This is small, but can be an advantage. Think of it like this.

(This is Soloque. So Nobody communicates) Your MID is fighting AHRI AHRI charms your MID Charm times out but circle doesn't Ally ADC joins a fight Ally ADC sees pink circle around your MID Ally ADC suddenly goes all in since he knows charm is down

Small I know. But this is not needed and it could keep this skin out of esports like All Stars at the end of this year

This already exists on her other skins. It shows Ahri that her charm is still amplifying her damage dealt, and that her W will prioritize that enemy.

I don't really see an indicator that distinct for marking the "vulnerability" of enemies during charm, but it honestly should be present on all her skins, as it's great for clarity purposes.

This doesn't keep the skin out of esports, you even acknowledged that yourself by stating that you are talking about Soloque. In competitive esports, the team members are communicating anyway, so something like the CD on Ahris charm will surely get communicated either way.

I have to admit, I don't play her so don't know this stuff: so a visual indicator like that is not there for her other skins? What is it there for, showing that the damage amp is still going on?

If this is the case, then it is a buff for Ahri, too, since it gives her a clear and direct indicator if her damage is still increased on that target or not, isn't it?

I'm very certain that she has this feature on most if not all of her other skins, including the classic. In your example, you say that the ADC can see that Ahri charm is down because of the circle indicating that his/her Mid is vulnerable. If the ADC is that observant, he/she SHOULD have already seen that Ahri's charm was used.
