QSS was nerfed a long time ago, "The reasoning for the change is pretty much that the cleanse offered by these items was able to functionally negate certain champions' ability to fight the owner of the item."

Now this is all good, but what about Zhonyas? No this is not about it removing damage from Zed ult or Fizz ult, this is completely fair as you cant move for a long period of time.

The thing I'm talking about is COMPLETELY removing Zed's deathmark from your champion by pressing zhonyas while Zed is ulting you. No, not the damage. The MARK itself. Just like QSS used to do.

This completely negates Zed's ult other than the ult shadow. Which I think is blatantly stupid as zhonyas is already a good counter for Zed.

Without the active, Zhonya's would be worthless against Zed because its stats suck.

Also, you should consider that once Zed gets 10% cdr, he can ult you TWICE while Zhonya's is on cd.

QSS negates Malz ult, 90% of Liss's kit and scimitar has great stats for what the active offers, so I don't really see a problem with the only armor-defensive AP item.

Zhoyna's puts you in a stasis on that's the trade off

It doesn't do that from what I've seen. I have used it too early and still died to the mark.
