Because I bought the three IP caches, and got an augment one out of shards, and I still only have 5 cores. Did rito really make it cost money, or did i get real unlucky?
EDIT: Oh you need money to get the first strike, which is fair i guess, but still dumb imo

Critmaster Garen1 votestheyre going to release another cache some time tomorrow, that contains 7 cores and a project skin shard blueprint for one of the old project skins.
that should bring you up to 12. youll either be able to unlock one of the icons, or get the skin shard for 11 cores.
