Is there any merit to this Fiora build over the standard one

Just curious. This is the first build I theorycrafted and tested upon Fiora's release, but keep in mind I'm Gold 5 so I'm no expert by any metric. My thought was that your Q would be really nasty with Sheen boosted by Sterak's, and all the flat Mana from FH and TriForce would help you from going OOM. Was wondering how it fares against the standard all flat AD build we're seeing at the highest tiers of play.

EDIT: I don't understand the logic behind downvoting someone who is trying to learn.

She doesn't really run out of mana as the q costs almost nothing and the others are only really used in fight in my opinion.
