Why does the support minion rule still apply after you complete your quest?
When you finish your quest, you are no longer gaining gold from your support item. So why does the support minion penalty still apply?

Riot hates supps because you can´t make fancy Korean plays with them
It's funny, they said they were going to remove it in 10.1-10.2. But it's still in the game nearly two patches later, now.
