It's fine - it can bounce in teamfights, or can bounce from 1 minion to a champion.
But bouncing and clearing an entire wave in 1 spell on an assassin is just retarded. LB is good enough that she doesn't need the waveclear to still be a dominant champion.

The problem is that to actually get it to bounce in team fights, you have to W straight into the enemy team. If their team isn't boosted, you'll be CCed before you can pop back

DemainaNyx1 votesYeah, that sorta bugs me. They wanted to eliminate her QW combo that gave her unlimited poke. The way to counter that before was to push her to tower, so she needed to use her abilities on the wave or lose cs.
Now she W + Q's the wave and then E's you. There's no trade off for her any more.

This is dumb. Every single stat and shred of evidence shows that there is just no way shape or form she is weaker than before.
Her winrate has increased substantially, her pick rate has increased, and her ban rate has increased substantially.
On paper, yes there is a 1.5s delay added to her burst, but in practice, she now has a multitude of ways to GET that damage off, and to ensure a snowball every single game, regardless of what the mid laner tries to do to stop her.
You can try to argue that she is weaker based on the tiny delay added to her burst, but please explain HOW she is weaker, if every single piece of data and evidence points to the contrary?
