If someone selects a champ before ban phase

we could suggest a pop up "A player on your team is trying to ban a champion chosen by another player: Allow or Deny?"

Other Team mates Vote: Not the banning player or the selecting player.

majority votes to Allow ban: champion is banned and you pick a new one to play

majority votes to Deny: Champion is blocked from banning, player has 3 more attempts to select a ban, if the player fails to select a concented champion, thier ban phase is passed on to another player instead.

If you can't ban responsibly, you won't be given the choice.

now the problem is, that the player is more likely to dodge or troll cause they "didn't get what they wanted" unless instead of passing on the ban phase, they are removed and replaced from the match.

I just posted a thread about this. Currently at a 30min wait cause it happened twice in a row and I dodged twice. I never dodge. I hate dodgers, but I would rather dodge than play with people that have already shown themselves to be toxic. I guess I'm just gonna start not showing who I'm gonna use

They need to make it so that if you pick a champ in the beginning your team can't ban it. so frustrating that people do that.

This is why I just leave mine blank.

Just do not allow people to ban champions indicated by your teammates. As simple as that. That would mean you don't get to ban troll picks on your team, but if someone wants to troll they are going to troll nevertheless. You ban one troll pick they will either dodge or pick another troll champ for that role. I'd rather have someone else dodge than have my champion troll banned and having to play a champion I don't want to or dodge myself and wait 5 minutes.

Don't forget one thing however. There have been MULTIPLE instances where a teammate wanted to pick X champion which I wanted to ban, only for the enemy team to snipe that champion for their own. This mainly happens with Yasuo but it applies to practically 60% of the champion pool(in my games anyways).

So I made a promise to never give a sh*t about what someone wants to play. I'd rather have X champion banned then face against it on the Rift. Besides, IF i don't ban x champion that Y teammate wanted and X champion gets picked by the enemy team and we lose that match. I will heavily blame Y teammate IF X champion was a huge reason as to why the enemy team won.

if someone already knows what they're playing without looking at the enemy team comp, whether someone bans or doesn't ban their champ is the least of your worries.
