Right now, in my opinion, Rank Flex Queue is sooo inbalance. I know the game mode is suppose about 5v5 teamwork and you're facing other people from other Elo, but the skill matchup is soo unfair. If you look at my game as malphite, and my teammates elo versus the other teammates Elo, how is that suppose to be a fun, balance, competitve game that I'm playing? The Lee Sin destroyed the Hecarim in the jungle. Jayce gaved up around 3 deaths. While leaving me and my bot lane to clean up the mess. But when I looked back at that game, I went through my match history and saw that the Lee is a PLATINUM.

NO WONDER WHY MY HECARIM GOT DESTROYED. Lee Sin, a plat player himself carried his team of bronze and unrank teammates to victory. Whether it was duo or not, HOW WAS HE INVITED? I thought this Queue was all about facing players one division above or lower. I thought I was going to have a full team of silvers versus another team of silvers, unlike pairing me with 4 bronze V players versus a full team of gold players.

Is MMR still a thing in Rank Flex? Or am I just unlucky to hard carry some players less skill than me?

The reason why it is flawed is due "soft reset" putting people from 2000 MMR to 1000 to 1200 MMR.

Stop. This thread has been done to death but people aren't reading and just posting their own.

It's a fresh start in that mode, previous ranks and mmr don't mean anything and aren't taken into account. Stop pulling up third party websites which have not been updated to show the ranks that players have in that specific rank queue, it's not accurate now and it will never be accurate until those websites update to deal with the new season.

Solo/duo queue will inherit last years dynamic queue mmr and have a soft reset. Flex queue assumes everyone is unranked with no ranked history because it's a new queue.
