Can we lower the requirements to get an S on lower play rate champions?

Like I seriously have never gotten or seen anyone get an S rank on kog'maw. I would go 5/1 with 175 CS at 20 minutes and get an A+. The only reason I have level 6 is because I played the fuck out of kog'maw support. Even then it took me 50+ games. I was just wondering A: If Riot could lower the requirements to get an S rank on the lower played champions. Or B: Would someone happen to have a replay or a match history where they got an S on Kog'maw in the most recent patch. I just want to have a set goal I can shoot for. I really really want level 7 koggy :(

seems to me that there are certain minimums, for both cs and kills, to get the ranking.

1 is: 6cs/min 2 is: 55% of your team's kills (or some really high kill/min average)

at only 5 kills, you didnt have enough kills there.

I would go 23/2 top lane tank kog'maw B+. It's impossible to get it on kog'maw without being challenjour.

lol. but it also gets graded according to your lane. Apparenlty, kog top is waaay too easy, so you need to work HARDER, not less, when you switch to top lane.

go bot, get 20 kills and 170 cs. then you're good
