[Clarity] Skarner Itemization and Ratios

Hey. I would just like to ask if it'd be possible to focus Skarner's itemization in one direction or the other. He has this attack speed steroid so you would think if you need damage you'd build AD, but then he has almost all AP ratios and think you should give him AP. But all of his ratios are very mediocre. I would like Riot to sort of go through and point him in one direction. AD, or AP. And focus there. That means removing the AS steroid and replacing it with something more fitting for an AP champ, or giving him more/stronger AD ratios so he can go AD. I know he's thought of as a tank but even tanks like Sej have all AP ratios that scale better than Skarner's does and they bring more CC.

TL;DR: Focus his ratios in one direction. His build path is very unclear due to all of the mixed messages (Attack speed steroid + AD and AP ratios scattered everywhere) and its kind of confusing.
