Community voted Bans in ONE FOR ALL?

Like the title says can we (as a community) have the ability to vote for 10 champions to be banned from One for All so it can effectively double the champs that are just annoying to face in that game mode? Cause I'd like to have a game where we ban some annoyances and forget there are about 40 other champs that get annoying to face.
