Lagging Feeding AFKers

Just played 3 ranked solo Qs and in every single one of them my top laner (who called top, not like they were forced up there or anything) fed 3-5 kills to the enemy top laner in under 10 mins, two of those games the enemy jungler never even went top once, then my top laner says "oh no I'm lagging, have to restart computer/client/router," then afks for OVER TEN MINS, time in which we lose pretty much all of top lane OR the enemy jungler just forces in one or both of the other lanes while the jungler is stuck holding top against a fed as shit enemy laner.

In the first case our top laner came back and was super apologetic and was visibly trying to come back and help out, so I supported him and we tried to come back but ofc after 10+ mins of 4v5ing it's very rare to not be incredibly behind. After this I just kind of figured "ah well, happens, he didn't do it on purpose so I'll try another game."

The second time our top laner comes back after almost 15 mins ofc being afk, we were under a minute from surrendering and he ofc immediately says no with someone else so we're stuck playing more, he then dies once, and says "welp, I lost us this game, no point in trying, gl and cya later!" Then just afks for good.

And finally our top laner comes back and apparently is miraculously not lagging at all anymore, but he then just continuously pushes up top or mid lane all by himself against all of us pinging him off every single time and then just gets killed by the enemy team who is obviously sitting in our jungle like they'd been doing for most the game. I mean a couple times we even watched 3-4 enemies all walk right over multiple wards and we ping him off furiously while they traverse the entire bottom jungle and he still just sits there pushing the lane. So honestly he must have been feeding on purpose at that point, me and our mid laner were even trying to stay positive and supportive of him, he even said ty for not yelling at him.... but he did this for about 20 mins until we lost the game..... 20 mins after his 10 min afk 5 mins into the game.... my team didn't want to surrender even with this going on, go figure.

My point? My point is if we lose matches cause of someone not connecting, quitting, dc'ing, and so on we should NOT be punished to the full extent of a badly lost game! There has got to eventually be some sort of system to save those with an afk player on their team from losing all their freakin LP due to it. It's simply ridiculous to be deducted so many freakin points in such a match!

3 times in a row!!!!! 3 FREAKIN TIMES!!!!!!! Wtf is my luck?
