Because he is decent. Not too strong, not too weak.
Kayn is the weakest champ before transformation in my opinion. his level 1 w in particular is absurdly weak, especially considering the wind up of the skill. He is strong later but I think he is really overrated.
Why would they nerf a champion with 49% winrate? lmao
he's a feast or famine champ imo. He gets ahead 3+ kill early, gg. he doesn't, he's borderline worthless.
