ATTN: S Grade seekers - CS, Objectives VS KDA
So check out this All for One game that I just completed (solo).
I (blue zed) got an S grade, red zed got an S, Green zed (despite being highest KDA) only got an A+. We know that CS is worth alot, but what is CS (and maybe objectives) really worth? Lets break this down.
Blue zed VS Red Zed
Lets compare the 2 S grades with the information we know. Blue zed pretty much does better than red zed in every category we see on the post game scoreboard, other than damage done to champions. Things that we don't see, Red zed did assist in 2 other towers plus a drag (red zed and blue zed were both present while taking both inhibs down).
So does that mean, 10 CS + 6more KDA + 10k dmg taken per death (extra dmg tanked) = 1 tower + 1 dragon contribution +7k more dmg done to champs.
Blue zed VS green zed
Green Zed has the most KDA and dmg delt to enemies within the whole game, but was only involved in 2 turret contributions and were also involved in the takings of the inhib. He also has horrible CS and was graded 2 levels below Blue zed.
So 90 CS + 1 tower contribution - 9 KDA - 15k dmg to champs = 2 grades.
So lets say the tower contribute cancels out the difference in KDA, and the damage to champs cancel out parts of the CS; we can hypothesize the following:
90 CS = 2 grades + 15k dmg to champ
Assuming 15k dmg to champ actually bumps you a grade, so
90 CS = 3 grades, so therefore if someone had the same KDA as you, but you have more, 30 CS then it can get you an extra grade (in a 23 minute game).
But of course, we know that assists don't weigh as much as kills for the carries, but it is also all for one, so there really isn't a support / carry role. Something to note: blue zed and green zed were both in bot lane during laning phase. Red zed was mid.
Mid game, blue red and green zed grouped up and pushed down bot tier 2, and racked up a bunch of kills.
Mid-late game, blue zed went to split push with ZZportal & banner, red zed got dragon, while green zed was racking up more kills with the other zeds.
So in conclusion, CS is worth alot. It might be better to get a modest KDA (share some with other carries) but hog all the minions if you are in a carry role.
