Mobility champions pay elsewhere for their mobility!
Could I get an actual explanation for this? I honestly don't see where any of the top mobility champions are being hit in exchange for their mobility.

i guess there's a few exceptions but i still maintain that mobility should come at cost of base stats, damage, or utility. some champs could probably be tweaked to fit this better
