It should also mute them in lobby, no way to stop them from continuing on their rage rant, as when the game is over. I mean, you can leave, but sometimes you actually want to have a conversation with someone after the game, but you can't.

If it's the sound you want to mute down, you go to the settings (ESC) => sound => scroll down and there's ping => lower that down to when it's good for you

Ain't Nobody got time for that. (Ok, I didn't actually know this setting existed) I'll go look it up, because a little lower would be better, even if someone is spam pinging.

Yeah that would be cool, I think it's a great idea. They should add it next to the mute ping volume button, like a speaker, or a slider bar that can go from 100 to 0. Oh wait, that already exists... DrMundo

The thing is, you have some people that make good calls and ping where necessary, but you have some people who just spam ping at random crap and end up costing you gold/kills/dragons, etc. for no reason at all.

And then you have people that scream at you for pinging things repeatedly, but every time you try to ping just once or twice they end up dying to something because they refused to pay attention to the single ping.

I hate it sometimes, but when I /all mute, it helps me out to comunicate a little.

I'd be all for this,and surprised we don't have it already.It's very irritating when you're in the middle of a teamfight and someone starts randomly spamming pings.Any meaning they might have had will quickly get lost in the chaos of the fight and cut your concentration to boot.
