Can he have Added ap ratio on Q and passive so he can be built ap! reduce his W ratio and make him like corki since he does magic dmg and is played mid anyway.

So basically what you're saying is that you want to rework Lucian into an Ap/Hybrid midlaner just because he's a viable and strong pick mid?
