Graves now has 425 range, lowest of all ADCs

He has a gap closer and high damage to close things, I think rito wanted him to have more guns, and more damage (and less cigars)
My prediction is he is going be impossible to balanced.
They're going to give him a fuckton of damage and he'll either be too weak or too strong.

In isolation, a lower AA range looks very harmful to a champion.
Fortunately, he does not only get a lower AA range - he gets base stats closer to a melee champion, and does tons of damage if he gets in your face with that new passive.
