Stop. Just stop. No you're not stuck there because of your mechanics. Game knowledge alone will get you to at the least gold. If you're bronze, you do not know this game.

Not really. I agree with the direction you are going but knowledge isn't the only determining factor for moving up ranks. You can have the knowledge but without practical experience in which you apply that knowledge in a meaningful manner, it really doesn't mean squat. Bronzies can theorycraft all they want and it sounds great but their execution of these things is usually pretty terrible. THAT is the reason why they are still bronze.

I'm sure a handful of people in Bronze legitimately know the game like the back of their hand, and can coach a mechanically skilled player up to high diamond.

Do those people bother posting on the boards here, complaining about how they can't climb? No.

as a bronze, this is inaccurate (considering I was silver last season) the real reason people get stuck here is the inability to caryr four idoits that actually deserve to be in bronze (IE this game: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1816628182/46709557?tab=overview )

mainly its just cus nobody wards in bronze

Sigh, as much as i hate his tone and his wording about this, I agree.

Shot calling, Objectives, Wards, and even the decision to engage or to disengage have nothing to do with mechanics but can carry you out of bronze/silver easily

"Hindsight is 20/20" applies here.

There are players who can figure out what they did wrong after the moment, realize opportunities they missed, mistakes they made, etc. To climb, these players must be able to improve their in the moment decision making. They must improve their ability to think under pressure. That ability has no bearing on any gameplay & balance discussions on the forums.

Pretty much, getting out of bronze isn't hard at all, if I must be honest, the whole "Elo hell" meme is blown out of proportion at this point. You know some things, yeah, but chances you don't know as much as you know if you can't really climb the ladder.

It doesn't help that 80% of the "omg pls gut" kind of threads belong to bronze-gold, so at this point it's pretty much a stigma to see a lower-ranking player calling out what they think is the best direction for the game.

Chances are Riot knows better how to balance their game than most of us, even if we don't agree with most of their decisions.
