Ok I jsut thoguht about this but every adc that would build ER has some kind of synergy with crit in their kit. Jhin has 4th shot crit, Xayah has her e or w i can't remember which. MF ult can crit. So Can't you give lucian something that synergizes with crit into his kit? That way it solves his issue having no items that synergize with him in the bot lane while also keeping Mid Lucian not stronger than ADC Lucian. Just an idea.

Alex h87211 votesEr is fine on lucian b/c it helps him stay topped off on mana which as an ad caster/duelist adc helps him have multiple rotations in lane

I said those that would build ER. None of the ones you listed would use ER. All the ones that would actually use ER do have synergy with Crit. THose would be Ashe, Jhin, Xayah, MF. While all 4 aren't the strongest all 4 are still stronger than the current lucian and they all build crit and have a synergy in their kit with it. So I figured that would be a resonable buff to lucian without over buffing mid lucian. Since its been shown that they don't want to straight up buff lucian damage this could be a compromise. Now where in the kit they could put something that has to do with crit i don't know, but I think its a worthwhile to consider.
