Make frost shot deal bonus magic damage based on ad and ap, and have hawkshot give some kind of furor effect to all allies that hit someone revealed by it.
Dont make the heal cost health.... you baka.
Take the stun delay back off. The skillshot q is irritating but an arguable buff, and ludens echo is all the compensation he needed.
Give him +75 attack range when his Q auto is available, make the W slow the same at all ranks (max value), improve AI.
Give her some more movespeed and make her cocoon slow people around the stun target.
Armor/MR from the Metal Cloud scales with ap, general ap ratios buffed.
DONT BUFF HIM FFS. However, change his ult. It looks like a damn blue trinket.
