As a jungler, if i give you my buff and right after you try to take any of my other camps I will automatically assume you are the dross of humanity. I don't care how well you are doing, or how nice in chat you have been, you are on my blacklist and there is no redemption. I curse you to forever be the floatsam that is slowly rotted away by the world. I don't care what role you are. Leave. Me. My. Camps.
As a jungler, I agree, ... during laning phase
However my personal M.O. is, when everyone is well into team-fight phase, no form of gold/exp has ownership.
HOWEVER, resources should still go to those who gain the most benefit from them based on priority and proximity. The carries (Usually Bottom and Mid) need the most gold and exp so they generally take priority of minion waves (when a support has Spoils of War charges they should actually have priority for the use of those charges). Junglers still maintain the most benefit from jungle camps because they get the most experience and sustain from them. If your jungler is on the bottom side of the map and you see a minor camp is up on your way to shove out top side, .. by all means, take it.
It is a trap I'm telling you. When the ad asks "Can I take red" they actually mean redside jungle, not red buff
Ya I absolutely hate when they take my camps right after I give them a buff, but in some circumstances I also understand.
pretty much how i feel when you think scuttle is a reasonable call during my first wave, and think me sacrificing 2300 gold in early game stats for you to secure it is a good idea.
I have a game where I was giving my blue buffs to a lux because they were playing better than than me that game, little ways down the road (late game) I walked through mid and gave them ~20 minions of farm, and went to do my jungle. The lux then took my wolves and still took blue buff. When I asked why and questioned them they pinged their item that they needed 20 gold for as if I didn't need the gold for items either. Was okay with it since they played really well but still.
It's not your camps, it's our camps.
My dear jungler, if you take gromp, give me blue (thanks!) and head up toplane I am killing your wolves. They will be back by the time you would come to gather them! Also if you are a single target jungle and are there doing your birds you have NO need to waste your smite on the big one if I drop an aoe while passing by. It's in my best interest that you farm fast and I'm actually helping you not trying to steal!

gold should always go to the person that needs it most.
if you are behind, its reasonable to get pissed at people who take your jungle camps.
but if your adc is lacking gold and you have great gold income at the moment, its good to give them the camp, you won't have to go down and clear it, which gives you the most ganking opportunity and helps your other lanes get ahead.
and i'm speaking, as a season 4-8 jungle main.
