"This game is dying because of Riot"

If Riot released LoL and never updated it once, it would be completely dead. The only reason it's been alive so long is because of the constant updates from Riot. Sure the game will die eventually, just like every single video game has since the beginning of time. People get bored of it.

edit: go ahead and downvote me but answer me this: Was there any game in history ever that has stayed relevant?
