veigar ult speed change

riot you wanted to change veigar to allow counter play, you did a good job in most of the kit.

however his ult has no counter play. i went against a veigar recently and despite having zhonia i could not click it in time. there is no wined up or animation that gives a clue it is coming. that is fine but add to the fact that the projectile speed (this is an estimation) 2,600 and the range is 650, makes the ability un-dodge-able by zhonia unless you are doing so ahead of time.

in my opinion you should make a change that people with fast enough reaction can zhonia when the ult is shot form max range. for prospective zed's ult takes .75 sec to apply. this allows just about anyone who is used to using zhonia to use it. im not saying make it the same way but allow some kind of counterplay if he ults you max range from a bush and you are prepared but since you did not have your finger on the trigger your dead. all im saying is slow the ability down a bit for counterplay that is all

TL:DR riot should slow the projectile speed of veigar's ult to allow enough time to zhonia when at max range
