can we please cut them back a bit? karmas shields are out of control because her ult shield and normal shields are stacking. and viegar can build a void staff and go all tank and just 1v5 thanks to his q stacking hitting 500 at 20 mins in with no ap items easy

also sweeper seems a bit broken against teemo as it has no cool down, literally by the time it ends its up again, can its cool down start AFTER it ends like some abilities?
