Varus Q-Lethality Oneshot build?

I've been playing varus adc lethality build for a while, I usually go item 3142 item 3006 item 3004 item 3147 item 3036 item 3814 But I only get about 800 damage-ish on my Q if im really fed.

Like idk if it's possible but someone told me it's possible to get 1400+ damage on one Q and im wondering what in the world they're building lol.
