Why the crit on Xin's W?

I get that he could use a (tiny) love tap, but the extra heal ratio and lower E coldown seems like enough to me. Why give him a free crit every 3 autos? I play a ton of Xin (he's my jungle main), and this change hurts. CC will still render him useless, but I fear that his damage output with this change will scare the masses (for good reason), making him pick/ban/unplayable. Can we just leave him with the bonus heal ratio and lowered E CD and see what happens first?
