well now that we get 50% of it right then and there is pretty neat

The %5 movement speed bonus went from 15 seconds to 7 seconds. And dark seal %25 heal bonus applies to the whole thing or just the 7 seconds we get?

No more +%20 healing time (which stacked onto dark seal) Also does not apply for biscuits I think at all so yeah thats great Also does not speed up with elixirs (haven't tested that)

just played a singed game and it felt like i didn't have any potions the whole game

The interaction between Time Warp Tonic and The Dark Seal was nutty, especially with Corrupting Potion. You got so much free value from one rune.

Think of it this way: At level 1, the new Time Warp Tonic lets you get 75 HP instantly off of your health potion. At level 1, casting Heal would get you 90 HP. It's basically a free Heal for level 1 trades. It lets you be more aggressive because you know you have a burst of healing in your pocket. Later on, the movement speed can let you kite or chase down enemies a bit more effectively.

It's a nerf to what people used it for before (extra lane sustain), but its new function is pretty strong.
