Your champion pool appears to have both good and bad ARAM champions, so you have a good diverse champion pool - at the very least it is not one of those notorious ARAM only accounts. Good job! :)
I don't feel qualified to comment about anything else, since ARAM is the only game mode I play.

Pick a roll and stick to it. stop going for kills all the time its why you have a negative kill to death ratio and just farm. 12cs equals a kill.
