She has a strong win rate against a ton of popular picks right now including zed, yasuo, leblanc, even Irelia she has a decent win rate over. Yet we hardly hear anything about her, in my book she is definitely underrated atm.

Uhh, you don't hear about her because there was already a time where people constantly complained about her. Riot did not do anything to fix her problems so everybody gave up talking about her.
Diana is a broken mess that needs to be fixed. Eventually.
She needs a rework, Riot needs to figure out what to do with her, is she a Diver/AP Bruiser or is she a AP Assassin? She has the same problem that Wuk has.
