this is per second.. so

per 5 second atm = 0,668 *5 = 3,34 health per 5

on pbe = 1,068 *5 = 5,34 health per 5

so riven gets a 2 health regen buff.

i just think is this a fk joke?

she lost way tooo much early game.. lost brutalizer lost 40 cdr she lost everything she need in lane and she just gets a fk 2 hp reg buff? gg rito u guys are hopeless..

EDit: i dont play this game since riven got destroyed by s6 so with these joke buffs i will continue to not play this game .. have a nice day
