A fun item to have.

Wile watching jeremy's video about 9 items rioters want to make i was thinking about an item that goes like this: give little stats like ridgeous glory or any suport items but has an active skillshot.If you miss the skillshot you would have cd like 40 secs but if you hit a champion with it it has little dmg,more or less like ludens without scaling. you have 10 or less seconds.[slayeer-pantheon-popcorn] now comes the fun part.If the enemy also have this item,and hits the active at the right time,he bounces it back making the projectile deal more dmg. This would implement a ping pong mechanic that could be explored with stun abilities or silence or dashes,shields etc.
