My concern regarding new Conqueror iteration on the PBE..
Conqueror (Precision Keystone) [Conqueror has a new effect testing on the PBE!] [Tooltip clarified] "Attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 3-15 Adaptive Force (based on level) for 3s (8s for melee). Stacks up to 5 times. When fully stacked, 10% of your damage is converted to True Damage and you heal for that amount."
This runes favor more champion pool thanks to the adaptative. However there is something that bother me from this iteration still as it will most likely break
and every current Conqueror user. They now gain at max stack of conqueror , 15-75 AP or 3-40~ish AD , 10% of their damage as heal and the convertion of 10% damage dealt in true damage. The thing that bother me the most is that champion with hybrid damage specially like Jax/Kayle , do 3 form of damage with Conqueror. Physical, Magical and True damage. It make it almost impossible to itemize against them. I suggest we change the true damage convertion and add a 10% BONUS damage adaptative when you fulled stacked conqueror. For instance, if Jax deal more physical damage, he get a bonus 10% adaptative physical damage when he get 5 stack. It boost your combat without making it impossible to itemize as Armor now still mean something. If Kayle take Conqueror, she deal mostly magic damage, it would be adaptative 10% magical damage on top of her current damage done. Think of old Corki passive but instead of true damage it does an bonus 10% adaptative damage depending on your main source of damage.
