High skillcap champion?

I'm trying to gather a list, and off the top of my head I would probably say Azir or Yasuo.

Azir's early is weak and lacks kill potential. Once you do get some farm and items on him, he is so flashy and can dish out some serious damage if mastered. #azirsec

While some people may argue that Yasuo isn't hard to play, I certainly had a hard time learning him. His kit has no sustain besides his shield if you count that. Usually I have to run Dorans Blade and 2x Lifesteal quints to survive until I pick up his core items. His E is also tricky to use. His e will only let him get away if the minions are positioned right so plan your engage and make sure to ward.

That was only my opinion. What is yours?

Azir's early game is good against kayle - veigar - akali - A REALLY hard champion atm is Karthus , his q is normally fairly/kinda easy but now you have bard,yasuo,kalista,ekko and cant hit anyone without alot of practice -

I'm a firm believer that no champ really has a skill-cap, there's always something better that you can do even if you're Faker

High Skill-Floor on the other hand is a whole different thing. High skill floor champs are the ones where if they're on your team they're usually 0/20, and if they're on the enemy team it's Faker's reincarnate sitting at 24/0 LeeSin Yasuo Zed Shaco Elise

Lee Sin is still the hardest to play, but Azir, Yasuo, Orianna, and Zed are all right there too. Not necessarily in that order

Fully mastering Anivia is probably one of the hardest tasks to do. Also, Azir does have a high skill cap, but as with many other champs, you dont have to be very good to wreck with him.

If you think Azir has a weak early game, I'm sure you'll find Annie extremely challenging with difficult decisions and lots of play variety to explore.
