Ekko Ult

Why does it cost nothing? I think it's absurd to have a no-costing escape / nuke. Similar to LeBlanc, this is just silly.

It's apparent that Ekko isn't balanced but I'm hoping this can at least have a cost. Champions with less powerful/useful ults cost 100 mana, (150 for some as well), yet he just gets to use this ability that is amazing with a ton of situations at no cost. Please.....................

I think they made it cost no mana because it is his escape tool. But basically its really a reset tool, yes it probably needs cost to it.
